Blue Quill Pointe is a nice quiet community; my wife, child, and I feel very safe and at home here. We have been able to make a home here, including planting a garden on our patio. Maintenance response times are very quick.

I have been a resident at Westwood Terrace for 3 years. The apartment provides me with the best of comfort, safety and security. The care taken of the building, my apartment and my needs by Steffi, Tony and Angie is the best I have ever had with many experiences in apartment or condo living in the 3 Prairie provinces. There is a notable atmosphere of respect, and kindness throughout the Westwood Terrace Community. These are the reasons I hope to continue as a resident of Westwood Terrace.

"I have lived here for 7 months and have never even seen an ant in my unit lol! This is a fantastic community and perfect for working class families. The units are clean, quiet, pet friendly and the majority of families are the kind of neighbors you enjoy having. Any issues I’ve had have been resolved very quickly. There are many, many dogs and children in this complex. There are beautiful hiking trails into the river valley across the street that are safe and quiet. I personally love my home and would sign a 5 year lease if I could. Ps. You will not find a better deal on rent or Landlords more willing to help you feel at home."
